I am happy to recommend Michael and Brisbane Kitchens to anyone thinking of designing or renovating a kitchen. Michael was prompt to appointments, listened really well to any concerns or suggestions, and answered my questions patiently. I called several of his past clients and received only glowing reports which were confirmed in my experience with Michael as well. I gave Michael a couple of challenges and he surpassed my expectations. He designed a door for my microwave opening different from the norm but that works beautifully for us. He listened to my suggestion to alter the counter heights for specific use and we were both delighted with this adjustment. Michael’s attention to detail was exceptional. A small cupboard near the refrigerator had to be included for the refrigerator door opening and Michael had the foresight to make the shelves of different depths which makes for excellent storage and his suggestions for our pantry were inspiring. His suggestion that we leave the handles off the cupboards above the range makes the kitchen look clean and sleek. One would expect that after a period of time there would be some regrets or “change wishes” for any project of this complexity. However, we are delighted every day with our kitchen and can’t think of any thing we would change because Michael put so much effort into the attention to detail before we built. We are happy to give him the highest recommendation.
